1. Social Log-in
Users prefer social logins as it makes the sign-up process frictionless and enhances the customer experience by allowing them to register quickly. Now, the EnableX Low Code offering provides an additional option for enabling user authentication through Facebook and Google, making it easier for your customers to complete the sign-up process quickly.
2. Device Testing on the Login Page
Now, participants can test their microphone and camera on the new login page through the Settings button. This helps you to determine how well your microphone and camera will transmit audio and video so that you can resolve such common issues before they arise. It ensures that your meetings are more productive.
3. Enhanced Layout for Mobile Browser
Delivering an optimized view on a mobile browser is always a challenge. We have updated the screen layout to make it efficient for mobile browsing. Now, participants will have more mobile screen real estate to view screen shares clearly. Your interactions are more engaging.
4. New UI of Low Code
Our Low code front end screen interface has been totally revamped and now it’s more appealing and intuitive. Additionally, it’s more lightweight and user-friendly. It has been designed to work seamlessly on both desktop and mobile devices.
5. Parent Window Notification
EnableX Video Embed notifies the Parent Window whenever any user connects or disconnects. You can use this new feature to effectively manage the call or session behaviour from the application workflow.
For example, in a one-to-one calling app like a doctor-patient app, a doctor can be notified when the patient joins a session, and then the doctor can join immediately.
6. New Low Code Notification Hooks
We have released two new hooks that allow you to upgrade functionalities of the existing low-code application to fit your specific business needs whenever user connects/ disconnects.
- enxHookUserConnected: It allows you to extend functionalities whenever user connects.
- enxHookUserDisconnected: It allows you to extend functionalities whenever user disconnects.
7. Improved Breakout Room
Breakout rooms are a great way to foster discussions by distributing participants into various sub-groups to foster engagement. Now, EnableX has handed more power to moderators by allowing them to control the breakout rooms at a granular level:
- Decide the number of break-out rooms they want to create
- Select the maximum number of participants in each room
- Add or remove users in each break-out room as and when required
- Switch from one room to other and monitor conversations and participate in discussions to steer it seamlessly.
