Sender ID Registration
International traffic
You cannot whitelist sender ID for international traffic. Your sender ID will be overwritten to a Short Code.
Local traffic
To send local traffic with alpha sender, you must first register your traffic with local operators. Please see the attached file below for the steps to do so. Registration will be done in each operator’s DLT portal. You will receive a unique entity ID (PEID) once the registration is completed. Please share this with us, along with your sender ID, so we can set you up to start sending without issues.
Do Not Disturb
Promotional SMS is not allowed between 9 pm and 9 am local time. Messages sent to end users who are registered with the Do Not Disturb service will be queued after 9 pm and submitted at 9 am the next morning.
