Step-by-Step User Onboarding Journey
Getting started with CleverTap’s SMS and WhatsApp services powered by EnableX is quick and simple. Follow these easy steps to integrate and start running your campaigns in no time.
SMS Integration Setup with EnableX
- Navigate to SMS Configuration: Start by heading to the SMS Configuration section in your CleverTap account.
- Enter the HTTP Endpoint: For SMS services, enter the following URL as the HTTP endpoint:
https://api.enablex.io/sms/v1/clevertap.
Select POST as the request type.
- Authentication: In the provided fields, input the username and password that you received from the EnableX portal.
- Paste the Configuration JSON: Insert the following JSON configuration in the corresponding field:

Be sure to replace placeholders such as $$To, $$TemplateID, $$Body, and $$MessageID with your actual data.
- Save the Configuration: After filling in the necessary details, hit Save to complete the setup. You can also run a test before saving to ensure everything is working correctly.
WhatsApp Integration Setup with EnableX
- Add Provider Configuration: In the WhatsApp Configuration section of your CleverTap account, click on Add Provider Configuration to start the setup.
- Enter Your Business Number: Provide your business_number that you’ll be using for WhatsApp communications.
- HTTP Endpoint Setup: Enter the following endpoint for WhatsApp:
https://api.enablex.io/whatsapp/clevertap/v1/messages
Again, select POST as the request type.
- Authentication: Use your APP-ID and APP-Key from EnableX as your username and password.
- Save the Configuration: Once all details are filled, click Save to finalise the integration.
