EnableX Meeting enables Branding Options for all scheduled meetings through a Unique URL for each meeting. Branding Options in the form of Headline, Text, Video and Banner is available for scheduled Webinars and Group Meetings.

Overview

Branding options helps you to add marketing content for a Group Meeting & Webinar attendees. The Marketing contents in the form of Text, Image and Video are placed right at the login page and in the Video Room.

Branding option is available only for scheduled Group Meeting & Webinar. This is to be pre-configured contents through Portal or API.

Branding Content for Login Page

The Host Domain URL

EnableX Meeting is hosted at https://meeting.enablex.io, it shows a login page with standard marketing content for EnableX on the right of the Login Form. As long as a user follow this link, it would continue to show standard marketing content.

Unique Meeting URL

To enable custom branding content for a meeting, a user needs to follow a unique URL specific to the meeting. Every scheduled group meeting or webinar, therefore, shows a unique URL to the hosted App by appending meeting_id to the URL as Query String.

So, now we have 2 different Unique URLs for each scheduled Group Meeting and Webinar to show Branding Contents, viz.

  • Unique URL to the Hosted App: This is new. For each scheduled meeting, user needs to follow a URL mapped with meeting_id as https://meeting.enablex.io?meeting_id=$MEETING_ID and enter PIN to join the Video Room.
  • Direct URL to join: This is the old one. Its a login URL which doesn’t require user to enter PIN. But User joins by typing in Name only.

Type of Contents

Different type of Rich Media Content with Textual Information may be used as Branding Content at the Login page.

  • Rich Media Space: The space may be used for Image Banner or Video. Dimension of the space is of 525x300px. Note that it’s optional. It not used, the textual contents will move up.
    • Banner: 3 Sizes are allowed, viz. 525x100px, 525x200px, 525x300px. Format: JPG., GIF, PNG. Files may be uploaded through Portal or third party URL may be used.
    • Video: You may either use a third party URL to a playable video file. Format: MP4. Alternately, you may use Video Embed Code from YouTube, Vimeo etc.
  • Headline: You can add a headline for your Marketing Content not exceeding 50 characters.
  • Descriptive Text: You can add 300 character long descriptive content.
  • Target URL: You may optionally add a Target URL which will be used as Click-Thru URL on the “Know more..” button, headline and banner image. The Target URL will be opened in a new Browser Window/Tab.

Branding Content for Video Room

Inside the Video Room, you can put only one Image Banner at Topbar with roll-over option to see another larger Banner.

  • Banner Space: You can place banner of 325x45px at the Topbar. Format: JPG, GIF, PNG.
  • Target URL: You may optionally add a Target URL which will be used as Click-Thru URL on the banner image. The Target URL will be opened in a new Browser Window/Tab.

  • Roll-Over Banner: You may add another larger size image of 325x325px to appear on mouse roll-over the banner on Topbar. Format: JPG, GIF, PNG. This banner will disappear as soon as you roll-out of it.

    How to reach the tool?

    The Branding Content management tool is linked through a Button from the Meeting Credentials or Meeting Information page. So, you need to reach to this page first following either of the ways given below:

    1. Schedule a Group Meeting or Webinar. On submission, you get the Meeting Credentials or Meeting Information Page.
    2. Follow the Meeting or Webinar Menu from Menu Bar to get list of upcoming Meeting or Webinar, Click the “Manage” button against any meeting.

    Click on the “Branding” button to reach the Branding Content Management Tool.

    Add & Manage Contents

    The page has 2 tabs, viz. Login Page and Video Session Page i.e. Video Room Page.

    • Headline: Enter Headline for the Content. Maximum 50 Characters.
    • Text Description: Enter descriptive text. Maximum 300 Characters.
    • Target URL: Optional.
    • Type of Rich Media File: In case you want to upload Banner or use Banner URL or use Video URL or use Video Code Snippet, choose the preferred option from the dropdown. The form will be extended depending on your choice to fill relevant information further.

    • Type of Rich Media File: You choose to upload Small Banner or Big Banner option from the dropdown to get the form will be extended depending on your choice to fill relevant information further. You must upload the Small Banner. Big Banner which will be used as roll-over is optional.
