    Job Responsibilities:

    We're looking for a Technical Writer to author, edit, and review product documentation. In this role, you’ll work with internal resources, interview software developers, and attend engineering meetings to gather, write, and publish technical information for our varied audiences. You’ll produce a variety of learning materials such as technical documentation, infographics, screenshot markups, and training videos.

    You will be a core part of the product management team working closely with engineering, product marketing, and customer enablement to create resources that don’t just document what the product does, but accelerates a user from novice to power user.

    You will be a key member of the Engineering organization & work closely with the Technology & Marketing Leadership teams across geographies.

    For this role, you will be responsible for the following & more!

  • Work with product managers, product marketing, and engineers to produce and maintain world-class documentation, including User Guides, Integration Guides, API Developer Guides, In platform documentation (tooltips, welcome instructions, etc.).
  • Write for a variety of audiences, from non-technical end users to programmers, system administrators, and integrators
  • Integrate use case and functional data into user documentation and examples

    Key Skills:

  • Excellent writing & editing skills
  • Adequate understanding for reading API’s & code
  • A familiarity with working and experimenting with code samples to better understand the needs of API consumers
  • Strong Technical aptitude to learn and work with code samples etc. across different programming languages

  • Exposure to document publishing software
  • Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, WordPress

    Qualifications & Experience:

  • A Bachelors or master’s degree in in Communication or Journalism
  • 3-5 years of experience in writing technical documents, user manuals, API guides etc.
  • Some programming experience will be a plus
